About Sui Gym
Sui Gym is a small private training facility designed to provide a focused and distraction-free environment for strength training and martial arts practice.

Party-Based Training
Bookings operate on a training party basis.
Each booking allows a maximum of two participants attending together (the member and one guest).
Due to the size of the facility, only one participant may actively perform exercises at a time. Where two participants attend together, they must share equipment and take turns, rather than training simultaneously on separate equipment.
The membership holder remains responsible for the conduct of any guest attending with them.
Scheduling
Training sessions operate on a recurring weekly schedule.
Members select preferred training times when joining. These times will typically remain reserved each week where possible.
Sessions run for approximately 60 minutes, and members must complete their training within their scheduled time to allow the next session to begin.
Open gym sessions may occur simultaneously with martial arts training sessions in separate areas of the facility.
Sui Gym reserves the right to adjust scheduling where reasonably required for operational purposes.
Missed Sessions
Members who cannot attend a scheduled session should provide at least 24 hours notice where possible.
Missed sessions do not roll over.
Repeated failure to attend scheduled sessions without notice may result in the release of the reserved time slot.
Membership Payments
Membership fees are billed on a weekly recurring basis and are collected via recurring card payments processed through Square each Friday.
By signing this agreement, the member authorises Sui Gym to collect the applicable weekly membership fee from the nominated payment method.
Fees are payable regardless of attendance.
Membership payments will continue automatically each billing period until the membership is cancelled in accordance with this agreement.
Memberships may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. During the notice period, scheduled weekly payments will continue to be collected.
Members are responsible for ensuring their payment details remain valid and up to date.
Failed Payments
If a scheduled payment fails due to insufficient funds or invalid payment details, Sui Gym reserves the right to suspend access to the facility until payment is made.
Any outstanding fees remain payable.
Repeated failed payments may result in termination of membership.
Refunds
Membership fees are non-refundable except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
No refunds are provided for missed sessions, unused time, or early cancellation.
Fee Changes
Sui Gym reserves the right to adjust membership fees by providing at least 14 days written notice to members.
Card Payment Authorisation
Where a member elects to pay membership fees by credit or debit card, the member authorises AC Enterprises Pty Ltd (operating as Sui Gym) to securely store their card details and charge the applicable membership fees in accordance with this agreement.
Card payments may be processed using Square or another authorised payment processor.
Members may cancel their card authorisation at any time by providing written notice. Cancelling a payment authority does not cancel the membership agreement, and all outstanding fees remain payable.
A separate Card Authorisation Form may be completed and attached to this agreement where card payments are used.
Facility Conduct
Members agree to:
treat the facility and equipment with care
return equipment to its proper place after use
maintain a respectful training environment
follow reasonable safety guidance while training
Dropping weights, slamming equipment, or using equipment in a manner likely to cause damage is not permitted.
Sui Gym reserves the right to terminate membership where conduct is unsafe or inappropriate.
Equipment Use and Damage
Members must use equipment safely and responsibly.
Members may be responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing equipment that is damaged through misuse, negligence, or intentional damage.
Media and Recording
Training sessions may occasionally be photographed or recorded for promotional or social media purposes.
Members who prefer not to appear in such content should notify Sui Gym in advance and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate this request.
Liability
Members acknowledge that participation in physical training carries inherent risks.
Sui Gym and its operators are not responsible for injuries sustained during training except where required by law.
Members confirm they are physically capable of participating in training activities.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Acceptance
By signing a membership agreement, purchasing a membership, or continuing to use the facilities and services of Sui Gym, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Membership Agreement.
